...Dr. Smith, like most psychiatrists knew how to manipulate medications to substantiate their diagnosis and create the behavior necessary to sustain their lucrative practices. It is done at the expense of the patient's sanity, which needs to be kept insane, to perpetuate the conspiracy established by the psychiatric industry, along with the pharmaceutical industry, and the American government. There is a difference here between the American government and the American people. This is the insidious, pervasive, and systemic violence perpetuated against the least among us, and not known by the most among us.

 

The DSM-IV is the bible to the psychiatric and pharmaceutical industries, and the American government. My dear gentle readers, the Bible is not the bible to the American government, although it is to the majority of American people. The DSM stands for the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. The DSM was first published in 1952, and the last revision was in 1994, hence DSM-IV. DSM-V will be published around 2012. The DSM, DSM-II, DSM-III, and DSM-IV are all registered trademarks of the American Psychiatric Association.

 

In 1880, there were roughly seven psychiatric diagnoses for insanity/mental disorders, today the DSM-IV list 297. It is the manufacture of madness so essential to the growth and welfare of the psychiatric and pharmaceutical industries, whose love affair has lasted longer than most marriages.  Not to be left out, marriages may also be a disorder in the DSM-IV, falling into the category of "Marital Conflict Disorder without Violence," and "Marital Abuse Disorder (Marital Disorder with Violence)."

 

Give yourself to any psychiatrist with a mortgage to pay, or a stock portfolio, and after an hour, you will walk out of his or her office with a disorder you did not know you had yesterday, and a prescription for a medication that you had never heard of before...
