Chapter Six

Dr. Fitz

"It was as though in those last minutes he [Eichmann] was summing up the lessons that this long course in human wickedness had taught us-the lesson of the fearsome, word-and-thought-defying banality of evil."

Hannah Arendt,
Eichmann in Jerusalem

Dr. Harold Fitz, and his business partner, Vincent Mossimo owned me. Dr. Fitz operated out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Vincent Mossimo operated out of Palm Beach, Florida, with a shell corporation set up in New Jersey.

Organized crime sets up many shell corporations to hide illegal activities from the government. The government may not pierce the corporate veil, whether it is a real corporation, or just a shell corporation. The difference between the two is that the shell corporation consists of nothing, because there is nothing there, no assets, just a conduit for illegal activities. Dr. Fitz specialized in addictions, and Alzheimer’s. Those specialties allowed the greatest access to power and money. Dr. Fitz was outgoing, personally charming, 55 years old, standing 5'11', weighing in at 190 lbs., Caucasian, divorced, with a full head of brown hair that hung over his shirt collar. Dr. Fitz knew that even if he were ever to be brought down, he like financier Michael Milken, would walk out of prison in less than 2 years, and be allowed to keep his millions in ill-gotten gains. It is part of the conspiracy between the American government, pharmacuetical industries, doctors, and the well heeled.

Today, Michael is worth over 2 billion dollars. That is the American system of justice or injustice, depending on your point of view, your wealth, and your color.

Knowledge is power, and Dr. Fitz knew where the bodies were buried, or more accurately put, from treating hundreds of lawyers and doctors with addictions to alcohol, legal and illegal drugs, and sex, he knew all the dirty little secrets.

Dr. Fitz had been collaborating with his New Jersey family of friends since his high school days. When one of his friends got charged in 1980 with federal fraud, Dr. Fitz went to bat for him. If you had read one of the public, fraud hearings from back then it would have went something like this:...
